Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) can cause a wide range of complications, some of them with serious consequences that can sometimes compromise the patient’s life. In a certain group of critically ill patients, a hypercoagulable state has been identified, and in a smaller group, limb involvement due to distal ischemia has been observed. We present the case of a critically ill patient with COVID-19 who developed distal ischemia in three limbs while hospitalized in the intensive care unit. We believe that it is important to understand this type of phenomenon to establish better diagnostic and therapeutic tools in the future.
